Blaine Public Schools Foundation

Hi Everyone! My name is Traci Bowe and I am a proud, busy, excited, (sometimes overwhelmed), business owner and mother of three. My husband and I moved to Blaine, WA in 2020 and we absolutely LOVE it here. The Blaine community has been exactly what we hoped it would be, full of welcoming neighbors, inspiring entrepreneurs, passionate educators, community-oriented families and the most beautiful water/mountain views.

After attending the 2025 Family Science Night at the Blaine Primary School, and seeing so much GOOD in the schools and community, I felt compelled to DO SOMETHING to help support the Blaine School District, and much to my surprise, what felt right was to create

BLAINE PUBLIC SCHOOLS FOUNDATION.

I am SO excited to build on the community connection that already supports the Blaine School District, provide and show our support for our rockstar educators and staff, and just see what we can all do to make Blaine Schools the best that we can for our children.
